By using this website and participating in auctions on mtnauctions.com, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

Bidding Process

• 🔞 You must be 18 years or older to participate in our online auctions.
• ✅ All bids are final, binding, and cannot be retracted once submitted.
• ⚖️ Mistaken bids may be reviewed for reversal, but this is not guaranteed.
• 🚫 Winning bids are conclusive; no modifications are permitted after auction close.

Payments

• 💳 Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Credit/Debit Card, or Cash.
• ⏳ Payments must be completed promptly to avoid account restrictions. Online payments make pickup quick and easy, we'll prioritize gathering these orders together first. We do accept payments in store at time of pickup, but there may be a wait time to gather auction items.

Item Pickup

• 📦 Items must be picked up within 14 days of auction closing.
• 📅 If you cannot pickup before 14 days, request a hold by emailing us at admin@mtnauctions.com .
• 🚫 Unclaimed items will be re-auctioned with no refunds.
• ⚠️ Repeated failures to pick up items may result in account suspension.

Pickup Location:

📍 Tri-Cities Flea Market, 4571 US-11E, Suite 2 & 3, Bluff City, TN 37618

Pickup Hours:

🕒 Friday: 12 PM - 4 PM | Saturday & Sunday: 10 AM - 4 PM | Weekday pickups by appointment.

Item Conditions

• 🛒 Items may include customer returns, box-damaged goods, shelf pulls, or discontinued products.
• 📷 We conduct visual inspections and provide photos but do not always test functionality.
• 💰 Refunds & returns are handled on a case-by-case basis to and completely at our sole discretion.
• 🤝 We are not here to sell junk. If we miss something and you receive an item qualified as "useless" - contact us. 

Liability

• ⚠️ Mtn Auctions LLC is not responsible for any items once they leave our premises.

Governing Law

• ⚖️ These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tennessee.
